A 12-week strength and mobility program
Age Suggested: 55-65
The Resilience Project is designed to help you maintain strength, reduce stiffness, and move with confidence as your body continues to change.
This program focuses on the fundamentals that matter most at this stage: preserving muscle, supporting joint health, improving balance, and maintaining comfortable, reliable movement. The workouts are simple, controlled, and progressive - built to support your body, not strain it.
You won’t find high-impact exercises, rushed routines, or unnecessary intensity here. Instead, you’ll follow a clear 12-week plan that helps you move better in everyday life, getting up from chairs, walking with ease, bending, reaching, and staying active without discomfort.
All exercises include straightforward options and modifications, making the program accessible whether you’re returning to movement or looking for a more sustainable, joint-friendly approach.
What this program supports:
- Maintaining and rebuilding full-body strength
- Reducing stiffness and improving mobility
- Supporting joint health (knees, hips, back, shoulders)
- Improving balance and movement confidence
- Staying active without pain or overtraining
The Resilience Project is about maintaining what you’ve built, protecting your body, and continuing to move with strength and confidence for years to come.
