All Strength & Sense programs are designed with joint health in mind.
Exercises are low-impact, controlled, and focused on supporting, not stressing your knees, hips, back, and shoulders. Each movement includes simple modifications, so you can adjust based on your comfort level.
The goal is to help you move better and reduce discomfort over time, not push through pain or force movements that don’t feel right.
DO I NEED EQUIPMENT OR A GYM?
These programs are designed to be done at home or at a gym, with minimal equipment.
Most exercises use bodyweight, light dumbbells, or resistance bands. If you don’t have equipment, simple alternatives are provided so you can still follow the program effectively.
You don’t need a gym, just a small space and consistency.
