A 12-week strength and mobility program
Age Suggested: 40-55
The Longevity Project is designed to help you build strength, move better, and stay capable as you move through midlife and beyond.
This program focuses on the fundamentals that matter most for long-term health: functional strength, joint mobility, balance, and core stability. The workouts are short, intentional, and progressive. Built to support your body, not push it to extremes.
You won't find high-impact movements, rushed routines, or "no pain, no gain" thinking here. Instead, you'll follow a clear 12-week plan that helps you move with more confidence in everyday life - getting up from the floor, carrying groceries, reaching, walking, and staying active without unnecessary strain.
All exercises include simple options and modifications, making the program accessible whether you're returning to movement or already active but looking for a smarter approach.
What this program supports:
- Building full-body strength safely
- Improving mobility and posture
- Supporting knee, back, and joint health
- Increasing balance and body awareness
- Creating consistency without burnout
The Longevity Project is about doing the right work, at the right pace, for the long run—so you can stay strong, capable, and confident for years to come.
